Personeel niet gastvrij, identiteitskaart wordt ingehouden tijdens verblijf, zwembad apart en duur te betalen per keer je gaat zwemmen, sanitair oud en niet netjes, water niet warm genoeg, brood kan niet besteld worden en is snel uitverkocht.

Waarom deze camping zo'n hoog cijfer krijgt, is mij een raadsel... Wat een verschrikking! Als je de omschrijving leest, denk je dat je een kuuroord tegemoet gaat, maar je krijgt het tegenovergestelde. En ook nog es sjagerijnig personeel er bij. Sanitair met (vieze) hurk wc's. De plekken zijn wel redelijk. Maar je staat gewoon op een parkeerterrein (dus niet gezellig).

Al twee keer drie weken doorgebracht op deze camping. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Venetië, Ferrara en Bologna met de trein. Groot gratis parkeerterrein bij het station. Met de auto kom je vlot in Verona en Ravenna. Leuke dagtochten in de omgeving ook te maken. Uitstekend restaurant erbij. Het thermale zwembad is prima, wel apart betalen. De camping is daardoor misschien te duur voor families. In het plaatsje Montegrotto en Abano zijn goede winkels, in Montegrotto ook een uitstekende VVV. Mensen die er komen blijven vaak maar een week, niet alleen Nederlanders, heel Europa komt er!

Erg ruime plekken met (gedeeltelijk) eigen sanitairblok. Prima uitvalsbasis voor dagtochtjes naar Venetië, Padua, Verona en het Gardameer. Dichtbij het station (aanrader!). Goed restaurant. Rustig in juli.
