We stayed here in June. Unfortunately we broke down as we arrived and we had to stay 3 weeks while we waited for the parts to arrive. But this has become one of the highlights of our year away. The family who own the campsite are fantastic, friendly and helpful and the campsite itself is immaculate. The only downside was the toilet facilites, only two toilets and showers but this was going to be sorted in the near future. But they were always clean and plenty of hot water all the time.

Very good place with children, a lot of to do with them, a lot. Staff is very friendly speaks good english. Kitchen facilities is great. Toilets is only one, but it is clean an tidy. Prices is negotiable if you have more than 2 children (thats becouse owner has 5 and knows how price that can be...)

Ce camping est vraiment super, le propriétaire est un homme très sympa et agréable, et il parle parfaitement l'anglais. Il y a un immense terrain de jeu de 5 hectares, c'est parfait pour une famille. Le camping est super beau, avec des jardins et un lac, tout est très bien entretenu. Et il ne coute vraiment pas cher, je le conseille fortement

Een gunstig gelegen camping. De vriendelijke en enthousiaste (aardappel)boer heeft enkele ha's gebruikt om er iets moois van te maken, voor camping en sport- en spelactiviteiten.
Hij ontvangt ook groepen voor lunch of avondeten die dezelfde, geringe, sanitaire voorzieningen moeten gebruiken.

Schöner Campingplatz, mit flachem Rasen, schöner Gartenanlage und viel Spielgelegenheit für Kinder in jedem Älter. Geeignet für Ruhesuchenden. Nur die Via Baltica, die in unweiter Entfernung liegt, verursacht (auch Nachts) Gerausch. Dagegen sind's über die Via Baltica nur gut 40 Km bis nach Riga. Da fährt man leicht an einem Tag hin und zurück. Wir fanden das bequemer als einen Aufenthalt am Rigaer Citycamping. Der Eigentümer des Platzes spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sanitäranlagen und Küche sind im Haus. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.
