Val dÓr is een mooie camping, er is een gastvrij echtpaar, de camping ligt in een prachtige omgeving, vlak bij een beek.

Ik ga er dit jaar voor de 3e keer heen en heb het er goed naar mijn zin. Het is een fijne en rustige camping. Ik ga er steeds op de scooter (45km p/u) er heen en ben altijd weer blij als ik er ben. Dit is een rit van 300 km en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik me daar gewoon thuis voel, nog nooit had ik zo'n gevoel bij een camping.
Dat je een ongeveer 12 km moet rijden voor je boodschappen (Marnach) geeft toch ook wel weer een campinggevoel, maak een boodschappenlijst zodat je echt niets vergeet!
De gastheer en vrouw zorgen goed voor de gasten en zijn altijd vriendelijk.
Dat er een kerkdienst wordt gehouden op de camping vind ik helemaal niet erg, ik ben niet echt gelovig, maar heb er totaal geen moeite mee. Ze dringen het je er niet op aan om mee te gaan doen en ik vind je moet iedereen in zijn/haar waarde laten.
Gelukkig is er ook internet op de camping, want wat ik wel heel erg belangrijk vind is het weer. Ik rijd dus op een scooter en wil wel graag weten wat voor weer het word.
Ik vind het een top-camping en ik kom er heel graag. Dit jaar ga ik weer.

Aanrader voor gezinnen met tieners/pubers. Veel jeugd die met ouders (nog) op vakantie gaan. Over het algemeen christenen die hier hun vakantie "vieren". Geen verplichtingen naar elkaar als vakantiegangers.

Eigenaren zijn eerg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Sanitair is niet heel modern maar wel netjes schoon en heel.
Fijn kinderwasgelegenheid. Geen warm water direct bij de afwasgelegenheid. Mooie ruime sta-plaatsen voor de caravan. Lekkere rustige camping.
