Sanitair erg schoon, maar niet veel in het hoogseizoen. Er is ook een grote zwemvijver en strandje.
Sport is paardrijden tegen geringe betaling. Leuk.

Waren in deze periode niet geheel vrij in de keuze van onze plaats, stonden daardoor vrij krap, terwijl er verderop ruime weides met grote plaatsen (waar wij van houden) waren. Toiletgebouw was niet afgesloten van buiten zodat het er in deze periode nogal koud was. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er ook bij toerbeurt schoolklassen aanwezig, dit zorgde voor extra drukte in het niet geheel geopende toiletgebouw. Verdere "overlast" hadden we niet van de kinderen. De omgeving is geweldig, goed vanuit de camping te fietsen, maar ook Assen, Groningen zijn goed en snel te bezoeken. Het hele noorden ligt voor je klaar.

Mooie camping, prima omgeving om te fietsen en te wandelen, vlakbij Zuidlaren met winkels en vertier, vriendelijk personeel, mooie waterpartij, goed bereikbaar.
