On A73 exit Groesbeek. In Groesbeek continue through centre, follow signs. Camp site is on the right. On A50 or A15 exit Kleve. Continue towards Kleve. Right after the border then second turning right.

Camping Oudemolen is een uitstekende camping om te gebruiken als uitvalbasis. In de directe omgeving kan je er goede fietstochten maken met daarbij Duitsland op steenworp afstand en Nijmegen als grote stad. Het rivierengebied Waal, Rijn en Maas levert een wisselend landschap. De betuwe is met name in de kersentijd een heerlijk gebied en goed kersen eten. De camping heeft ruime plaatsen, de meeste met hegafscheiding, met eigen aan- en afvoer van water en zelfs plaatsen met centrale atenne. Het zwembad is redelijk goed.
Een kritische noot op zijn plek, is de vele oude stacaravans, doet afbreuk aan deze camping. Wij hebben op een plaats gestaan waar een van de buurtbewoners een kraaiende haan heeft die ons `smorgens wel heel erg vroeg wekte. Maar ook overdag zich regelmatig liet horen.

Mede door de camping en het weer een zeer geslaagde vakantie beleefd waar we weer lang van kunnen nagenieten.

Camping in een zeer mooie omgeving. Prachtig fietsgebied, wel veel heuvels en dalen. Camping is netjes, sanitair is keurig maar om dit nu het mooiste van Europa te noemen?
Wel leuk voor de kinderen. Helaas is in juni het zwembad koud. Alleen verwarmd als er veel gasten zijn.
Nu was de camping ook bijna vol maar waarschijnlijk zijn wij (de 50+) niet de juiste doelgroep voor het warme zwembad. Maar het is een fijne camping en we komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Nog een aanrader, een mooie stadswandeling in Nijmegen met het Gilde! Echt doen! Folders liggen bij de receptie.

In september is het zwembad gesloten. Helaas deed de sauna het niet. De camping ziet er verzorgd uit, het is net een dorpje. Het nieuwe toiletgebouw moesten we natuurlijk zien. Dit is best mooi, maar er zijn meer campings die net zo'n mooi gebouw hebben met net zulke mooie douches en wastafels.

Algemeen oordeel: perfect, we hebben een hele goede vakantie gehad. De plaatsen zijn lekker luxe (eigen kraantje enzo) en het sanitair is heerlijk. Ook onze dochter (8mnd) heeft het erg naar haar zin gehad. Leuk startpunt om fietstochtjes te maken of om een lekker dagje naar Nijmegen te gaan.
