Sanitair zeer goed, wel weinig douches.
Kampeerplaats: zeer goed, alleen voor campers is het erg moeilijk water tanken.
De laatste keer is het helemaal niet gelukt.

Zeer prettige camping met grote plaatsen. Sanitair dik in orde! De camping ligt midden in de natuur van de Sellinger bossen met prachtige wandelroutes. In de omgeving: bezoekerscentrum van staatsbosbeheer, het "theater van de natuur" en het riviertje de Ruiten AA. Het restaurant van de camping serveert prima maaltijden. WiFi mogelijkheid. Tip: bezoek de Meyer Werft in Papenburg(D). Zeer indrukwekkend. Het is gezellig winkelen in Leer (D).

Een geweldige camping waar service en persoonlijke aandacht de boventoon voeren!
In het jaar 2004 maakten wij kennis met deze uniek gelegen keurig ingerichte camping en tot op heden vertoeven wij er het gehele zomerseizoen de laatste jaren op een vaste ruime staanplaats en genieten van de Westerwoldse natuur in al zijn pracht.
Wij kunnen hier heerlijk ontspannen wandelen, fietsen en zelfs Fungolfen in dit bosrijke natuurgebied.
Het raadplegen van de eurovriendelijke menukaart van het in boerderijstijl opgetrokken romantisch aandoende familierestaurant/terras De Gasterij is een aanrader.., de vriendelijke bediening en de prima maaltijden maken het af.
De toiletvoorzieningen zijn een verhaal apart…., in positieve zin dan wel te verstaan…echt super!
De jaartjes gaan bij ons tellen dus maken óók wij maar wat graag gebruik van de geboden Seniorenservice, top!
Een klein minpuntje, er is op de camping geen zwembad maar op steenworp afstand bevindt zich het verwarmd gemeentelijk zwembad alwaar je als Bronzen Eik kampeerder gratis toegang toe hebt.
Het dorp Sellingen, ook wel de Parel van Westerwolde genoemd, ligt op 1 km van de camping alsmede het VVV en Theeproeverij de Noordmee.Wij wandelen er regelmatig naartoe voor het doen van boodschappen bij de diverse middenstanders en informatievoorziening.
Een greep uit door ons met veel genoegen bezochte Musea en Historische evenementen:
De Vesting Bourtange, Het Veenmuseum te Bargercompascuum, Museum Klooster Ter Apel,
Het Noorder Dierenpark in Emmen, de Meyer Werft te Papenburg Dld. Etc. etc.
Het zal duidelijk zijn in 2011 zijn wij bij goede gezondheid weer van de partij!
