Zeer rustige camping. Mooie grote plaatsen. Uitstekend restaurant. Mooie omgeving. Zwembad (binnen) is eigenlijk meer een kinderbad. Na een kwartier hadden we het wel gezien.

In september redelijk rustige camping , met uitzondering van de weekenden. Mooie standplaatsen. Directe toegang tot de Heldense bossen. Prima locatie voor wandelen en fietsen. Door veel knooppunten rondom Helden zijn gevarieerde fietstochten uit te zetten. Roemond en Venlo zijn prima winkelsteden op korte afstand van Helden.

Op zich een leuke camping waar we jaren hebben gecampeerd jammer dat er nu te veel seizoens plaatsen tussen de kampeerders worden geplaats(ivm groepsvorming). De toiletten waren dit jaar erg smerig en stonken naar urine. Camping richt zich nu te veel op seizoens plaatsen waardoor wij het gevoel krijgen dat de kampeerders niet meer tellen. Erg jammer.

De mogelijkheid om een hond uit te laten is op deze camping erg goed. Op diverse plaatsen poortjes in het hekwerk om snel het bos in te kunnen. Enige nadeel, de poortjes zijn laag (pas op je hoofd). Verder is er weinig aan te merken op de camping.
