De camping viel goed mee, ik kwam er om te hengelen, doch de vangst was niet schitterend. Het water was nog te koud. Prettig om een winkel te hebben op de camping. Jammer dat de kantine gesloten was. Het sanitair was proper en de afwasbakken ook.
Is ideaal om eens terug te keren in september. Voor mensen die eens rustig aan het water willen kamperen..ideaal.

Wij waren tijdens de paasvakantie aanwezig op de camping. In de brochure maken ze reclame voor hun activiteitenpas, waarmee de kinderen gratis kunnen deelnemen aan activiteiten en gratis kan gebruik gemaakt worden van het zwembad. Deze pas zou gratis zijn bij min. 7 overnachtingen. Bij aankomst dienden wij deze pas te betalen aan 7,5 euro per persoon. Volgens de receptie is deze pas enkel gratis tijdens de zomermaanden. Op de mededeling dat dit niet in de brochure is vermeld, werd niet gereageerd. Wij vinden dit misleidende reclame.
Ook hebben wij geen enkele keer de poetsdienst gezien in de sanitaire gebouwen.

Van 15 tot en met 25 april met de kampeerclub, een groep van +/-150 personen
Schoonmaak was ondermaats.
Het eerste weekend koud water .
Ondanks dat er animatie was beloofd en gratis vervoer naar Scheldorado was er voor de kinderen gebeurde er niets.
Toen wij vertrokken was de animatie er wel.
Gelukkig was het uitzonderlijk weer .

Kampeerden hier van 14 tot 28 maart 2011.
Wat betreft de omgeving is dit een uitgelezen camping. Met de fiets kan je vele leuke plaatsjes bezoeken. Wat betreft de camping zijn we niet zo tevreden. We hadden een luxeplaats in de directe omgeving van het sanitairgebouw waarvan echter slechts een minimaal te gebruiken was. De herenkant was volledig gesloten. Bij de dames was er slechts één kabine met lavabo gekombineerd met een douche. Verder 3 douches. Van de 10 open lavabo's hadden er slechts 3 water. Op 14 dagen was er slecht 4 x onderhoud. Aan de buitenzijde waren verder alle was- en afwasbakken zonder water. De plaatsen zelf bestonden uit verhard polderzand zonder gras of andere bodembedekking, met als resultaat na een regenbui, zand tot op 0.5 m. hoogte tegen de voortent. Verder mankementen: onvoldoende omgevingsverlichting, afvalprobleem, waterpunten en stortplaatsen afwalwater ontbreken, geen recreatiepas ontvangen

Braakman is een mooi park en erg verzorgd. Het valt mij altijd op dat het gras altijd mooi gemaaid wordt wat een goed geheel vormt met algeheel van het park.
De verharde paden zijn altijd netjes en het park straalt een rust uit waar men zich direct thuis voelt. Alleen nog een buitenzwembad, liefst overdekt zodat de kinderen op het park kunnen verblijven met minder mooi weer. Kortom een goeie plek om daar naar toe te gaan.
