Take the E6 north from Trondheim as far as the toll booth. Turn off here for Vikhammer. The camp site is signposted from the roundabout in the centre (by the service station).

In de zomer veel te vol, erg hutjemutje, geen vaste plaatsen en veel seizoenswerkers die op vrijdag avond uitgebreid het weekend vieren (vlak naast je tent om 1:00 uur 's nachts). Toezicht is slecht.

General condition of the site was not up to description. Site generally scruffy, with more than expected number of long stay caravans with foreign workers using them. Other possible travellers on site with unruly children. Toilet blocks were not clean, mess on floor, some cubicles could not be closed - no locks. Not fit for other than overnight stop. Site more interested in motel side of business than camping. We moved on after one night!
