On the N268 from Vila do Bispo (9 km) to Sagres. In Sagres drive towards Cabo S. Vincente and follow the sign. After approx. 1 km the camp site is on the right of the road. Follow the signs.

The men's toilets in both blocks stank so badly of urine that I was unable to breathe. It was obvious that they had not been cleaned PROPERLY for a long time. My wife tells me that the ladies' toilets were acceptable. We only stayed one night instead of three because I could not face these toilets. This was a great shame as the surrounding area was beautiful and the campsite otherwise well appointed. (All the other Orbital sites we visited were fine.)

Derartig vorsintflutliche Sanitäranlagen (z.B.Waschbecken so klein wie in Gästetoiletten) haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Auch ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Andere Orbiturplätze mit gleichem Tarif waren da wesentlich besser ausgestattet.

We really enjoyed staying 9 days at this site. The surrounding area is fairly flat which is ideal for cycling and walking. We did suffer a little from ants getting into the caravan. Free WiFi at the restaurant area.

We have had our caravan at this camping ground for a few years now and have always been very happy as we have little need for on site entertainment. The beauty of the surrounding beaches and countryside have all that is required. What disappoints me is the children's playground. Such a simple thing to keep up. The one shown is not at the Sagres site!

Heel mooie en rustige, bosrijke camping. In juni schaars bezocht. In onze periode (juni 2009) zeer winderig. Héél vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan receptie als in bar/restaurant. Wifi aanwezig bij bar. In de omgeving is de Algarve op zijn mooist. Een absolute aanrader voor liefhebbers van rust en natuur.
