Stayed here for 2 weeks Oct/Nov. Very good location with excellent facilities. Access needs care with a large vehicle, we managed to get in and out with a 34' RV but can be interesting when wet. Campsite gets quickly waterlogged and very soft in wet weather and there are few pitches suitable for large vehicles (RV's). Although we were made welcome the site owners seemed very uncomfortable having large heavy vehicles on site. Suggest confirming daily tariff when checking in to avoid any nasty surprises when checking out.

Een heerlijke rustige camping midden in de natuur waar veel vogels zijn en 's avonds de schapen van de buurman voorbijkomen en prachtig sanitair en zwembad. Een heerlijk plekje om vanuit daar de Algarve te ontdekken.

Jammer dat de campinghouder niet vermeldt dat de weg naar de camping slecht/smal en met steile hoogtes is. Met een 4 wieldrive geen bezwaar, maar zonder is het een hele klus om er zonder schade van af te komen.
Het blijkt achteraf dat de campinghouder willend is om je op te halen om de caravan met zijn 4 wieldrive naar boven te brengen, en bij het verlaten om je weer over de ergste hoogtes te brengen. Een goede sevice en goodwill, maar vermeld dit in de folder aub. Voor de rest een heerlijke rustige camping goed om bij tekomen weg van alle drukte.

We stayed here for a weekend break in our camper van & we were made so welcome by the owners. The surrounding hills were carpeted in wild flowers & the lanes close by were good to explore with our dogs.This site is suitable for a quiet,relaxing stay as like minded people stay here. Modern, spotlessly clean & seemingly new facilities. We will definately return there as it was one of the best campsites we have visited.
