Take Caparica exit on the A2/E4. Turn right after about 6 km just before Costa da Caparica direction Trafaria. Camp site located on this bay N377-1 after 2nd roundabout.

Wij zijn hier in oktober 2009 2 nachten geweest. Harstikke leuke camping maar enorm slechte eet-drink gelegenheid. Goede busverbinding/veerboot naar Lissabon. Mooi strand en leuk dorp.

Eerder kleine camping-toerplaatsen. Sommige heel klein en eng. Omgeving wel ok. Met de fiets alles heel goed bereikbaar. Goede verbinging bus en boot. Restaurant en winkelpersoneel heel vriendelijk.

Prima camping om Lissabon te bezoeken met de bus of met de auto naar Trafaria en met de pont overvaren. Informatie hierover bij de receptie. Sommige plaatsen onder de bomen waren wat moeilijker te bereiken en de plaatsen langs de weg waren wat gehorig. Het ontvangst was vriendelijk!

Camping ligt in een voorstad van Lissabon. Sanitair is verzorgd. De spiegels hangen wat laag in een van de gebouwen. Tijdens ons verblijf eind april was warm water voor de afwas maar in één gebouw verkrijgbaar. Camping ligt in een woonwijk en onder de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld. Dit is absoluut niet storend. Afstand tot de zee ca. 15 minuten lopen. Wil men het centrum van Lissabon bezoeken dan kan men het beste de bus nemen. Er zijn 2 lijndiensten, waarvan er een eindigt bij het pont, waarmee je over de rivier kunt. Daarna ben je binnen 10 minuten lopen in de oude stad. Voor camperaars is het belangrijk eerst een goede plaats te zoeken, alvorens men de camping oprijdt. Een aantal plekken zijn erg zanderig en daar graaft de combinatie zich makkelijk in, zeker met voorwielaandrijving.

Deze camping ligt in een woonwijk en in de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld van Lissabon. Dit laatste is absoluut niet storend. Het strand bevindt zich op 15 minuten lopen van de camping. Sanitair wordt goed schoongemaakt. In april 2008 was er maar bij één toiletgebouw warm water voor de afwas verkrijgbaar. Er zijn een aantal busverbindingen naar het centrum van Lissabon. Reken op 45 tot 60 minuten voordat je in het centrum bent. Een bus gaat via de brug (vaak file) en bij de andere verbinding moet je met het pont de rivier over. Hieraan geef ik de voorkeur omdat je dan op loopafstand van het oude centrum bent.
Indien men met de camper op deze camping wil verblijven, dan is het raadzaam eerst een goede plek te zoeken. Een aantal plaatsen is nogal zanderig, waardoor de camper makkelijk wegzakt.
