Vriendelijke ontvangst. Lekker en eerlijk eten. Rustige camping om de regio (ongeveer 200 kilometer) te ontdekken. Is de laatste acht jaren weinig veranderd.

Zowel op de reis naar Portugal als op de terugreis hebben we hier een paar dagen gestaan met een kleine tent. Ruime plaatsen met veel schaduw. Gezellig restaurant waar je voor niet al te veel geld goed kunt eten. Het sanitair is aan vernieuwing toe, maar wordt wel goed schoongemaakt. Hulpvaardig personeel. Goede busverbinding met het centrum van de stad.

Doucheruimtes slecht geen haken en niet voldoende privacy. Alle afvoerputten op camping verstopt. Wel moeite om de camping te vinden.

Deze camping is aan te bevelen als men de mooie stad Salamanca wil bezoeken. Via een redelijk weggetje langs de rivier is men zo op de fiets in de stad. In de stad liggen alle bezienswaardigheden bij elkaar.
De beheerder van de camping is zeer vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam.

Een royaal opgezette camping goed onderhouden de mooie stad Salamanca met de met openbaar vervoer zeer goed berijkbaar. Kortom: een aanrader.
