Sehr schöner Camping direkt am Meer, ideal um auf der Durchreise im Winter einige Tage zu verbleiben. Sehr nettes Personal, und (im Winter) sehr preiswert. Sogar unbeschränkter WLAN-Zugang ist kostenlos. Gutes Restaurant mit Bar, das ganzjährig und täglich geöffnet ist, und kleiner Supermarkt, der vormittags öffnet. Ich war schon mehrmals hier, ausschliesslich im Winter, und der Camping ist sehr empfehlenswert. Speziell: 300m vom Camping hält eine Bahn, die in 75 Min direkt ins Zentrum von Barcelona fährt. Das Dorf Sta Susanna bietet im Winter nichts, da alles geschlossen.

Komen iedere keer weer terug op deze camping vanwege ligging en bijzondere plaats aan strand met een magnifiek uitzicht. Grote passagiersschepen met honderden lichtjes die 's avonds langs varen. Makkelijke verbinding met trein naar Barcelona en Gerona.

In 1996 voor het eerst op deze camping geweest, toen was het redelijk tot goed te noemen. Nu is het naar mijn mening een slechte camping geworden. De kampeerplaatsen zijn opgeofferd voor vaste standplaatsen voor meestal mensen uit de omgeving. De ligging is echter perfect, direct aan het strand. Het sanitair laat te wensen over. Koude douche is eerder regel dan uitzondering. Wat opviel was het grote aantal bezoeken van de politie op de camping.

Ich habe den Camping im Winter besucht, da es einer der wenigen ist, die ganzjährig geöffnet sind. Eigentlich wollte ich nur auf der Durchreise übernachten, bin jedoch gleich eine Woche hängen geblieben. Und auf der Rückreise gleich nochmals. Unschlagbare Lage, mein Wohnmobil stand direkt auf dem schönen Sandstrand. Nettes hilfreiches Personal. Leider bietet der Ort Santa Susanna selbst nicht sehr viel, und im Winter war eh alles geschlossen. Zum Glück hat es auf dem Camping ein (gutes) Restaurant. Ich werde den Platz immer wieder besuchen, alleine schon wegen den Sonnenuntergängen direkt am Meer.

Wanneer men hier spreekt over een tamelijk goed sanitair dan gaat dat toch terug tot ongeveer 15 jaar terug, toen ik hier voor de eerste maal kwam en waar dan ondertussen nog niets is verandert. De douchen zijn waardeloos en NIET verwarmt. Dus tijdens het buiten seizoen is het douchen in Bontmantel. De camping is ondertussen een bungelow park waar men zich niet meer intresseert voor de campeerders, zelfs de zo heilige strandplaatsen zijn nu met 9 eenheden vermindert om de bungelow bewoners een vrij zicht en doorgang naar het strand te verzekeren. Wat wel inhoud dat er percentage gewijze meer toiletten zijn. Hoelang dit nog een camping blijft is de vraag, maar het ergste is te vrezen. Want ze heeft een unieke ligging en het zou spijtig zijn om een van de, nog bijna enige, strandcampings te zien verdwijnen ondanks het waardeloze sanitiar.
