Route:

6 km south of Plasencia, exit EX108 Navalmoral. After 5 km exit EX208 towards Trujillo. After 4 km drive under the small viaduct. Site is located on the left directly after the viaduct. From Madrid EX-A1 exit 46, roundabout 3/4 round, follow signs of Nat. Park of Monfragüe.

Good site with excellent sanitary facilities. Pitches plenty big enough for a large unit. Reception was friendly and helpful. However did not want to accept a credit card and even offered an inducement not to use it. The food in the restaurant was very good but they were reluctant to serve “Menu del dia” of an evening. Wifi available in the bar.

Lovely clean campsite with friendly English speaking reception staff. Unfortunately they don't give the off peak discount but did give us 5% off normal price, upon production of ACSI card. Toilet & washing facilities new,plentiful & very clean. We would certainly stay at this campsite again but it would have to be at a different time of year, as my wife & our 2 small dogs were struggling with the heat as it was exceptionally hot for June (40 deg).

Wij hebben deze camping in 2010 bezocht en het is ons daar zeer goed bevallen. Jammer dat het zwembad nog gesloten was in de maand mei terwijl het toch behoorlijk warm was. Wij gaan beslist nog een keer terug.

prachtige camping in natuurgebied. Ook het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en zeker niet duur. Wie niet van de natuur houdt komt er best niet!

Friendly site with library. Bread delivered. Excellent toilet facilities. Good bar and restaurant with free wifi.
