We had been recommended to stay at Bonterra and we were not disappointed. The staff, site and amenities are great! Sorry dog owners but you only have to go 50 meters off site to a doggy area. But even if you did have to take them 500 meters that's not far to walk your dog, is it? But we'd agree the dog "loo" on site is silly! Worst winter on record for years but it didn't matter as the site and the staff are superb and the local people in the town are so friendly. Yes we'll be back!

Camping zeer goede winkels en zee op loopafstand. De omgeving goed op de fiets te verkennen. Wij vonden het balie personeel zeer zakelijk. Wifi is binnenkort beschikbaar.

Meine Frau und ich waren im März/April 2009 für 5 Wochen auf Bonterra-Park und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir campen seit fast 40 Jahren und haben in dieser Zeit viele Plätze überall in Europa kennen gelernt. Daher glauben wir behaupten zu können, dass Bonterra-Park zu den bestgeführten und gepflegten Plätzen gehört, die wir besucht haben. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ausreichend groß dimensioniert, so dass es auch bei Vollbelegung des Platzes einschl. der Mietunterkünfte über Ostern nie zu Engpässen gekommen ist. Sie werden mehrmals täglich intensiv gereinigt und desinfiziert. Auch im Restaurant stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Neben der Speisenkarte kann man täglich zwischen 2 Menues wählen. Direkt gegenüber der Zufahrt befindet sich ein großer und preiswerter Supermarkt und in etwa 300 m Entfernung ein weiterer. Insgesamt können wir sagen, dass wir rundum zufrieden waren. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war wieder einmal ein schöner Urlaub, wir werden wiederkommen.

Although the facilities were 1st class, the site is almost a non-starter if you have dogs. The staff are friendly, but there were a number of campers who seemed vehemently anti-dog, making an unpleasent atmosphere. In addition you are required to sign a statement before taking up your pitch, accepting that even in the event of your dog having an accident on the site, even when you have cleared it up, the site management reserve the right to ask you to leave. No doubt this is aimed at those who do not clear up, or deliberately allow their animals to foul the site, but if this is so, why not say that! A so called "Dogs Toilet" is provided, but consists of a 2 metre square area of concrete, with a 50cm tree stump in the middle of it. They have got to be joking, especially if your dog is a girl! Unfortunately, although there is a large area of suitable dog walking land behind the campsite, this is only accessible after walking the streets for about 500 metres. Think hard before taking dogs.

Wij zijn hier in 2007 en 2008 geweest. Prima camping, met mooie ruime plaatsen en keurig sanitair dat goed wordt schoongehouden. Zwembad is prima, maar niet overdreven groot. Restaurant is eenvoudig en voor Nederlandse begrippen erg goedkoop: 's morgens croissants, kop heerlijke koffie en glas sap voor een klein bedrag! Aan de overkant van de camping is een supermarkt.

Op de camping staan vooral Spanjaarden, weinig Nederlanders. Dit komt waarschijnlijk door de afstand (maar dat is niet voor iedreen een straf). Het strand (dit bestaat uit zand) en de zee zijn super. Bovendien ligt alles op loopafstand en is het helemaal niet druk. Het strand loopt zeer langzaam af en de zee is verkoelend, maar zeker niet koud. Ideaal voor kinderen!
