Wij waren er in het voorseizoen, dus het was er erg rustig. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Je kunt er heerlijk langs het strand wandelen. Voor kinderen is er een enorme speeltuin. Een prachtige camping!

Very nice new toilet block in the area we were pitched. A very large site, lots of trees, which can make access tricky for larger caravans.
When we were there the pitches were very wet as there had been a lot of rain.
We used the motorhome service area for water and waste as it was nearby. No dedicated waste-water emptying otherwise.
Convenient for the town.

Zeer mooie camping, vriendelijk personeel. Bij slecht weer (regen) kan het op sommige veldjes wel onderlopen. Het meer is veilg om in te zwemmen (tot op 100 meter is het nog steeds ondiep). Verder is er in de omgeving veel te zien en is het er erg mooi. Aanrader: ga ook eens naar het Fulufjällets nationalpark (onder andere Njupeskär waterval) in het westen bij Idre (2 uur rijden, N70). Op de camping is ook een bowlingbaan aanwezig waar je een heerlijk avondje kunt bowlen. Ook het bezichtigen van het kerkje in het centrum van Orsa is de moeite waard. In de omgeving zijn ook tal van meertjes waar je goed kunt vissen (pas wel op voor de muggen). Boodschappen hebben wij gedaan bij ICA bij de rotonde voordat je Orsa binnen rijdt. Voor de kinderen is net buiten de camping een prachtig steiger aangelegd waaran ze kunnen vissen. Voor de honden is er een hondenstrandje aanwezig. Conclusie: aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Wir waren das 5.mal am Orsasee. Für Kinder optimaler Platz. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Werden den Platz noch öfter anfahren. Keine Mückenplage!
