Radastrand is een camping die zich vooral richt op het actiev bezig zijn in de natuur. Mat mountebike tochten en kanotochten valt er voldoende te beleven. Ook heeft de camping een eigen strandje om te zwemmen. Heel leuk zijn de tentkampeerplaatsen met vuurplaatsen. Dat draagt bij aan een heerlijk natuurlijk kampeergevoel. En op dat punt verdient Radastrand een dikke voldoende. Verder is het een eenvoudig terrein. Het bestaat uit een aantal laantjes waaraan je een plekje kunt vinden. Er is niets afgebakend en het terrein is behoorlijk geaccidenteerd. Vlakke stukjes zijn moeilijk te vinden. En dat is vooral voor (grote)tentkampeerders erg lastig. Wij vonden Radastrand een middelmatig terrein. We hebben het er toch wel naar onze zin gehad.

Er was in de periode dat wij er waren problemen met het warme water. Je mocht blij zijn als je een warme douche had, afwassen moest met koud water. Omdat wij niet hadden gereserveerd konden we maximaal 2 weken staan. Veel plaatsen hebben geen stroom. Boodschappen zijn wel in de buurt verkrijgbaar.
