Zeer ruime plaatsen aan de jonge rotten (Rhone), een zeer fraaie omgeving voor wandelaars, fietsers en bergsporters.
De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant heeft een goede keuken (afhaalmaaltijden mogelijk).
De kampeerders kunnen tegen gereduceerd tarief in het gemeentezwembad (onverwarmd).

Wij hebben 10 dagen op de camping gestaan en we zijn uiterst tevreden.
De ligging van de camping is super: in de nabije omgeving van gletschers, wandelroutes en bergpassen vonden wij het de ideale uitgangslocatie voor onze dagelijkse sightseeing in Zwitserland.
De camping zelf is zeer netjes, goed onderhouden en heeft ruime plaatsen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het sanitair in het hoofdgebouw lijkt splinternieuw - zeker het hoofdgebouw - en wordt continu schoongehouden.
Ondanks de dure Zwitserse Franc viel de prijs van de camping alleszins mee en is de camping het geld echt waard.
Al met al zijn we zeer tevreden naar huis gekeerd en zouden we bij een volgend bezoek aan deze regio zeker weer terug gaan naar Augenstern.

Bijzonder mooie ligging. Ruime standplaatsen. Vriendelijk Nederlands echtpaar dat met raad en daad terzijde staat. Sanitair zeer schoon. Op het aantal gasten weinig sanitair, maar toch geen wachttijden. De afwasplaats is te klein en zou moeten worden uitgebreid. De stortplaats voor chemisch toilet is niet geschikt; afvoergat is te klein en te dicht bij de afwasplaats. Eten relatief duur, maar ja... dat is in heel |Zwitserland het geval. We hebben wel lekker gegeten! Mooie omgeving en genoeg mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes. Conclusie: camping is zeker een aanrader maar minder geschikt voor de 'opgroeiende' jeugd.

We hebben zeer genoten van deze vakantie. En vooral het Augenstern team heeft hier aan bijgedragen.Van beheerder tot schoonmaker is aardig en wil advies geven als je er om vraagt.
De omgeving is zeer mooi en op de camping hadden we wel een zeer ruime plaats. Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Wij hebben genoten aan de Rhône en van alle gezellige mensen op de camping. Vooral ook de campingeigenaars subliem.
De omgeving is geweldig en je kan hen alles vragen.
