Arrived after a extended period of rain which made the site and pitches looking decidedly tatty. That coupled with the the noise from the nearby cement works convinced us to move out the next day. However weather the changed and we eventually stayed for a 8 days, glad we did, beacause the site location is great for getting around Switzerland. The young lady in reception is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. We opted for a Swiss train flexi pass and did 3 fantastic train journeys from the local train station at Horw. Bernina,Golden Pass and Alpine expresses are all possible from this site, long days but well worth the effort. The Matterhorn brilliant via the Gornagrat cog wheel train. Top tip food and drink is expensive so stock up before travelling into Switzerland!! Likewise when you go out for day a picnic is a must Al fresco in marvellous scenery Brilliant!!

Bei Abreise wurde ein erheblicher Aufpreis auf ACSI verlangt, bei Reklamation wurde auf Campingcarttarif gesenkt.

Very helpful staff. Attractive pitch overlooking the lake with a free pass to the swimming area. Walking distance to supermarkets & walks around the lake.

Wij hebben hier twee en halve week gestaan. De plaatsen zijn wat aan de kleine kant, maar door goed indelen konden we hier goed staan. Tijdens het plaatsen van de caravan heeft een vaste bewoner van de camping wat schade veroorzaakt. Dit is naar mijn mening goed opgepakt door de camping. Mede door de omgeving en de mogelijkheden die de Tell pas bied, hebben we een mooie tijd in een mooie omgeving gehad. Plaatsen mogen wat ruimer. Voor de rest geen aanmerkingen. Gaan misschien nog terug.

Deze nooit meer!
Bij het afrekenen maakte de dame achter de balie tot twee keer toe een rekenfout. Eerst rekende ze 3 nachten terwijl het er twee waren. Voor 2 nachten rekende ze uit dat we € 158,00 moesten betalen. Een 'typefoutje' want ze had ipv. 1 x stroom 11 keer stroom gerekend. De dame in kwestie (volgens ons de eigenaresse) had op haar klompen aan kunnen voelen dat dit bedrag niet klopte! Uiteindelijk na een mooi toneelstukje van haar betaalden we € 98,00. We zijn vertrokken en hebben deze doorgestreept. Ons gevoel zei: slecht seizoen, slecht weer en een paar Hollanders die toch maar op doorreis zijn. Niet weer dus.
