we went to see zurich and to support bro in the swiss ironman. this was the only campsite within easy distance of zurich.cant reserve pitch,not allowed awning,1.5m between vans up to 20 vans plugged into electric,should only have been 6,seemed if german or swiss you had room better pitch. owner seemed to be get as many in as poss ,make more money.would not recomend unless desperate look further afield. may sound harsh but after a week it france then going here it was the worst site we've ever been on. good points zurich was nice.staff at site were good ,the boss wont comment, the sensus of opinion of this site by most of the british on the site was not to come here again unless absolutely desperate

Obwohl auf der Zeituhr noch 2,5 (Min) angezeigt wurde, ist das Duschwasser schon von selbst kalt geworden. Auskunft darueber, ob es in der Naehe des Campingplatzes einen Migros Supermarkt gebe, beantwortete der weisshaarige Chef nur ausweichend (Zitat: "...ja gibt es viele in der Stadt,...am Bahnhof,...aber nicht hier in Woellishofen..."). Weil ich den weisshaarigen Chef vor 7.30 Uhr morgens zufaellig sah und in um eine kurze Auskunft bez. der Dusche fragte, unterstellte er mir, keinen Anstand zu haben (Zitat: "..., ihr jungen Menschen solltet ein wenig Anstand zeigen..."). Dass erst nach 7.30 Uhr morgens um Auskunft gebeten werden darf, stuende auf einem Schild, das ich haette lesen sollen. Dieses Schild war aber morgens um 7.15 Uhr durch einen Plastikvorhang am Treppenaufgang der Rezeption verdeckt und konnte somit gar nicht eingesehen werden. Das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Nur mit dem weisshaarigen Chef konnte ich nicht wirklich gluecklich werden.

Ein schön gelegener Platz direkt am See - etwas laut, da direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen.
Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und kompetent - bis auf einen weißhaarigen, älteren Mann. Dieser Mann, wahrscheinlich in leitender Position, hat sich dermaßen unfreundlich und abweisend verhalten, wie ich es in 30 Jahren Campingerfahrung noch nicht erlebt habe.
Dieses Verhalten ist aber kein Einzelfall mir gegenüber, mehrere andere Gäste zeigten sich ebenfalls entsetzt über diesen Mann. Schade, dass ein an sich schöner Campingplatz durch solche Mitarbeiter so entwertet wird.
