Andy Ball, on this campsite in May 2014

A good 3* site in a beautiful region of France. Staff were very friendly and were appreciative of our attempts at French although good English is spoken. Our pitch was big and level. Touring pitches appeared mostly flat and quite large and varying degrees of shade were available. Very quiet when we were there in May so no pressure on the sanitary facilities which were spotlessly clean. Water could have been hotter and you had to press shower button every 20 secs or so but no limit on showers. As is often the case in France there were no toilet seats or paper but we are used to this so not a problem. No shop but the local shops in Audenge are only a 15 min walk or 5 min cycle away. There is a Carrefour only 5 mins away by car. This area is perfect for walking and especially cycling. The Biganos-Lege cyclepath is a few mins away and you can go up or down the coast for miles and its perfectly flat!!! Would definitely return to this site.

Siska Vandersmissen, on this campsite in August 2009

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
