Ligt globaal tussen Parijs en Reims. Grotere bezienswaardige plaats nabij Château-Thierry.

Travelling with two other caravans we stayed on this site the last week in August and plenty of pitches to choose from. On arrival there the gate was locked, after an hour someone on site let us in with his gate pass as still no sign of any staff.
Pitches vary in size with shade on flat ground, electrics are 5 & 10 amps, number is on the box indicating which it is. (Extra payment for 10A)
Toilets/showers were clean but had an unpleasant smell.
A playground area with minimal equipment and a games room, free wifi a bonus.
Super U is next door which came in useful for provisions also fuel is available.
The town is a short walk from the site.
Ideal as an overnight stay.

Goede camping. Wij hebben hem gebruikt op doorreis. Schoon sanitair en tijdens ons verblijf ook verwarmd. Vriendelijk beheerderspaar. Grote supermarkt naast de camping. In de plaats diverse champagne huizen.

Used this as a stopover on the way south and east. There are many campsites in the area but most are more expensive and this is the closest to the main roads. Pleasant owner with some English but understood more than he spoke! The site is on a farm and at the lower end of the ACSI scale. Pitches are mainly uneven and of varying size. We managed to get a sizeable pitch on the lower level next to an unoccupied static. Many of the best pitches are taken with seasonal tourers which are not the tidiest. The toilet and shower facilities were good with plenty of hot water. Le Crotoy is well worth a visit especially when the market is there. We spent three days on site and would certainly consider staying there again. Be aware that this is a fairly basic site on a farm so don\'t expect too much.

Gebruikt voor de tussenstop.
Relatief kleine plaatsen.
Slechts enkele plaatsen voor de ACSI campingcard.
Toiletten en douches waren netjes.

This was an off the cuff choice, but a worthy 3 night visit. It is a small compact basic municipal campsite. Well maintained. The office hours for information are limited, but we were plied with some information at reception; passport required. Gypsies were camped just up the road, so the entrance gates were always opened by key. A large supermarket is practically on the doorstep and the tired and run-down village is just round the corner. It is champagne country, but I doubt if champagne is on the family grocery list. The pitches are parcelled up adequately and relatively private, although for the first night were were hemmed in by young French workers and a large Polish family, who appeared to be heavily monitored by the managers when they finally moved on the next day. I think it is an underestimated campsite and useful for short visits to the area. Mastercard not accepted - paid cash
