Booked in for 3 nights 28-30th March 2015. Was given a large pitch to take my 7.5m Hymer with a Smartcar and trailer. Pitches are all grass and as the site has the river Seine on three sides, the ground will always be a little soft for motorhomes. My friends needed a tow when leaving as their motorhome could not cope with the soft ground.

The toilets and wash/shower facilities are very poor. No external door to the facilities so if it is cold outside, you are cold inside. Both my friends and I complained to the office about the lack of hot water in the showers. Action was promised to increase the heat (the shower temperature is pre-set) but nothing was done and I ended up using my motorhome shower and toilet as the wash room was freezing cold.

The sporting facilities seemed to consist of a strange gentleman wandering around the site dressed in camouflage clothing and carrying a large bow and quiver of arrows, and wearing a face mask presumable to disguise his identity. I would imaging that children would find this person frankly disturbing, let alone what parents would think!!

Best avoided for families.

Fantastic location right on banks of the Seine. Great views of Chateau Gaillard. Loverly walks along river bank into Medievel Les Andelys. Camping pitches very large and good, with seperating hedges. Grass cut regularly. Childrens facilities and boule area very good.
Have stayed twice and will stay again. Recomend to any campers or caravaners.

Stayed 2 nights in June 2014. very friendly and helpful English speaking reception. Dated toilet blocks but clean. Swimming pool looks good but did not use. Very large pitches but a bit rough. Good for a walk along the river, close to town. Nice to visit the castle. About half an hour from Monet\'s house which is a wonderful visit.

Easy access in and out even for large vans, Rv\\\'s etc and large pitches all on grass. Shower and sanitaries are dated. Only one loo in the men\' shower block. Wifi over the whole site but expensive. The old town, the area and castle are excellent.

This site is well located with good pitches but is let down by its toilet facilities, especially for men. Of the two toilet blocks on site there was only one working sit down men’s toilet, the others being the “hole in the ground” type. The ladies faired a bit better with two normal toilets in one block and four in the other. This is a fairly big site and the toilet facilities, especially for men are inadequate. A lot of ACSI customers are retired people like ourselves and are often not physically able to use the “hole in the ground“ type toilets. We were also put off by the motorhome water filling point with its hose pipe lying alongside the chemical emptying point. Otherwise the site is a pleasant one on the banks of the Seine overlooked by a castle from chalky cliffs. The pitches are grassy well marked and fairly large, bordered by hedging. Electric points were plentiful but we had to walk a bit further for a water point. Doggy poop bags were provided free for any accidents. There is a lovely riverside walk from the bridge outside the gates along the river and into Les Andelys. The town has several marked walking trails around it.
