Are you looking for peace and quiet and want to pamper yourself, body and soul? Then travel to the spa and resort campsite Kur- und Feriencamping Max 1, an especially luxurious campsite with plenty of wellness options. The spa-linked campsite is situated in a virtually silent area in the scenic area of Bavaria. This is a place people have been coming to from time immemorial to enjoy the thermal baths!

Green and well-maintained grounds

Once you're there, you'll find a beautiful campsite with a variety of pitches. The grounds feature lots of green (well-maintained hedges, trees and demarcations). There are small pitches under trees and larger pitches in the open. All pitches are in quiet settings and are well maintained. The pitches are nicely laid out allowing campers take full advantage of all the facilities. Prefer not to camp out? In that case, you can rent one of the apartments.

Wellness is the order of the day

At Kur- und Feriencamping Max 1 great thought has been put into the wellbeing of the campers. The open nature swimming pool, the huge outdoor pool and the smaller covered swimming pool in the wellness centre are proof of it. You also have access to the sauna. Choose one of the wellness treatments or join in with an aquafitness class. Note that there are additional fees for some pools and facilities. Guests who stay at Camping Max 1 are almost exclusively (older) couples without children.

Good restaurant

The campsite's restaurant has an extensive menu and impeccable service. You can also enjoy dining sitting out on the shaded terrace. For a snack, lunch and dinner: here you can have it all. There is a small shop by the reception. For most extensive shopping or more food and dining options, go to Bad Füssing (three kilometres up the road).

Ein Ort zum Relaxen! Das Personal, egal ob in der Rezeption, im Max Stüberl oder das Reinigungspersonal, alle sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Koch im Max Stüberl ist sterneverdächtig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Ein feiner, relativ kleiner Platz, in toller Umgebung. Das Personal ist allzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Stellplätze sind ausgesprochen großzügig mit den entsprechenden Anschlüssen versorgt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind modern und sehr funktionell.
Für uns einer der schönsten Plätze, der auch im Jahr 2022 wieder besucht wird.

Wie schon beschrieben ein sehr sauberer und ruhiger Platz. Das Durchschnittsalter dürfte jenseits der 65 liegen. Der Platz ist zwar bei ACSI gelistet.

Sehr schöner camping, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, schade das die Chefin die Leute nach einen wirklich heftigen Hagelsturm so alleine gelassen hat. Umgebung ist für Fahrradfahrer ideal. Österreich ist um die Ecke. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
