I have just come back from a 3 night stay at Parsons, we had been there previously but this was beyond me. I would not be a fussy person but I could not wait to get home. The place is beyond dirty, each morning there were panty pads full of blood in the ladies toilets. No toilet paper, my husband went for a shower the first morning where some one had pooed in the shower. We had met so many other people who felt the same and were regulars but would never return like us. This is dangerous for the kids. All boat rides are 1.50 per person all of 3 minutes so 3 kids and 2 adults 7.50. And the same as the horse and carriage that's too expensive for a family but I have been camping a long time and I have never seen such a disgrace. They are leaving all sorts in there. Never to return.

Travelling party: Couple

Just came back from Parsons Green and in 30 years we have never been on a noisier campsite; kept awake until past 12 one night and well past 1.30 the following night. No security asking people to respect others, it seems that the management are only concerned in getting peoples money. We cut our extended weekend by a day as we could not stand another sleepless night.

Site run down and toilet facilities not clean or well-maintained. Felt neglected. Hot water unreliable. Interesting pet farm on site and shops/takeaway/pubs in adjacent village. Very overpriced for standard on offer.

I came here with my daughter and her 3 children, and even for me it was a very nice experience, there were LOTS of families, but it did not feel noisy as there was great scope in different areas.
This Campsite is very children friendly. There are many different playing facilities for them. It also has a Pet Farm, where the children are allowed to feed the animals. It has a boat ride on a beautiful natural spring river, and lovely walks.
A Very Child Friendly place to bring the Family.
We will be going back again.
