We were expecting a bad experience based on other reviews and did not intend staying long, but it was alright and we stayed over a week, one of the staff was a bit abrupt but everyone else were very helpfull. the toilet facilities were clean and the showers hot, and the place was clean and tidy, it is situated in a citrus grove and I think they should have cut more trees down as it is very tight, there is an area for large motorhomes near the entrance. We would go again.

This site is purely for ease of location, it is not a holiday campsite. Pompei ruins are on the doorstep. Easy access to guided trips for to Vesuvius. Train station right outside the gate which takes you in one direction to Sorrento and in the other to Naples. So for public transport to the sights an excellent site. However it is small and for anything bigger than 6 m you will struggle with the trees and low hanging branches - there were several scrapes whilst we were there. The sanitary facilities are poor and not kept particularly clean. Also the rubbish in the big industrial bins was overflowing for 3 days (could have been longer as we left before they had been emptied). There are two gentlemen on Reception, one is particular pleasant and helpful the other not so - very abrupt and rude. Customer service and cleanliness is not top priority on this site.

This is a great site to stay to visit Pompei ruins as it is within walking distance. Same with the train just down the road. Wifi wasn\'t too good. Good supermarket near by. Overall a good site.

Hi, we stayed here in Apr/May this year, I did not feel the staff were very helpful or interested, they relied on being next door to the ruins. We had intended to stay for 5/7 days because there is so much to see. The pitches are very small and rough, so we only stayed 1 night. Not impressed at all.

Beschrijving camping in ACSI-boekje: 'uitstekend sanitair' ??!!
