Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

Family owned campsite (very helpful) with spectacular views from the upper non electrified sites. Street daytimes a little noisy. We spent there 4 Nights in June so, the small beach which belongs to the campsite were not crowded - very pretty! No more Germans on the Site ;-) at this time. Nice Pub next to the campsite with good food. Negative: less toilets and showers, old, but more or less clean. During the Weekend queues.

This was our first camping trip as a family and so we didn't know what to expect but we were not dissapointed. Friendly family run site with clean facilities and generous pitch sizes. Location was excellent close to nearby attractions also a great base for travelling to nearby towns and coastal villages. A repeat visit is a must and look forward to our next trip.

Our family love this site, we visit as often as possible as it is family run and very welcoming. The site is well placed in regard to surrounding towns and amenities. The site also owns its own beach, our children call it 'The Secret Beach' as it is a trek to get to, but well worth it once you're there. The site has no noisy bar or evening entertainment, but there is a small pub at one end of the site. We chose this site, initially due to the fact we wanted a cheap and cheerful holiday and that is exactly what we got, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and they assist with entertaining the kids on an evening with tractor rides and toboggan rides down the hill, our children love coming here just for this. It is doubtful that we would ever use a different site whilst visiting Devon unless it changed ownership.
We love visiting this site, it is beautiful and the views are wonderful.
