An attractive family campsite in a beautiful valley in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. You will camp here in complete peace on large pitches, right on the banks of the Semois. Cycling, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking or rafting, the imposing countryside is never far away for countless activities. In the adjoining town of Bohan there is a small supermarket and cosy eateries. Camping Confort has also established a cosy terrace where theme evenings regularly take place.

Camping in the Ardennes

Camping Confort is very close to the French border. At the entrance, the large main building is easy to spot. This houses the reception where service and hospitality are of paramount importance. This well-kept campsite is surrounded by woods on a slope, but the site itself is spacious and open. An ideal destination for families where you can hear the soothing chirping of the birds and the water flowing past in the background.

Near the water's edge

The relatively spacious site with a long strip along the water is striking. The large open touring pitches on the riverbank are one of the campsite's big plus points. In total there is room for 210 pitches. The pitches that are not by the water have a hedge, giving you some extra privacy. Here and there the surface is quite hard, so bring the right pegs with you. The mobile homes house the regular guests, and are not located directly next to the touring pitches. The sanitary facilities are well looked after and the shower works with coins that allow you to enjoy the hot water for more than five minutes.

Travelling party: Seniors

Juni 2024 - bijna 2 weken op camping Confort. Veel is er vernieuwd, ziet er allemaal prima uit. De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren zijn nog als vanouds. We hadden weer een mooie plek aan de Semois. En of het nou miezert of dat de zon schijnt, de sfeer is altijd bijzonder.
De camping, Bohan en omgeving zijn sowieso aanraders - bijzonder Wallonië !!
Wij komen er heel graag.

Heel mooie locatie, winkels zijn op wandelafstand bereikbaar. Zeker een aanrader, wij komen sowieso terug. ook voor mensen met honden perfect.

Op de terugrit vanuit Frankrijk hier twee nachten gestaan met onze camper. Prachtige plek aan het water; genoten van heerlijk eten op het terras. Zeer vriendelijke bevlogen eigenaar…..aan het verwarmde zwembad wordt momenteel hard gewerkt. Gezellig dorp; we hebben voor september weer een aantal dagen geboekt. Aanrader!

Super mooie locatie met mooie wandel routes. sanitair is gloednieuw en super schoon. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Honden zijn zeer welkom.
Een plek om zeker terug te komen.

Samen met mijn vrouw en de twee honden hebben wij veel gewandeld en genoten van de natuur. Met de camper dicht tegen het water is gelijk aan een huwelijk :-) wij gaan er nog eens naartoe :-)

Prachtige plaats voor caravane met zicht op de Semois.We waren met onze kleindochter van 11 jaar. In de rivier vangde ze visjes, kreeftjes. Zwemmen kon ook.Er zijn vele makkelijke plaatsen die toegang geven tot de rivier. We vinden het fijn dat iedereen overal dicht bij de rivier kan , al is het maar om een oogje op de kinders de hebben . Het is niet in alle campings het geval. Kajak kun je bestellen in de camping , waar een busje je komt ophalen . Bij aankomst kan men je kajak op de oever van de rivier laten. . Het onthaal van de camping is zeer vriendelijk. Het sanitair is netjes. .Een camping waar ij graag terugkom

Prachtige plek. Heerlijk verblijf gehad op deze camping. Helaas met een nare nasmaak. Er is voor het in- en uitrijden op deze camping een slagboomkaart nodig, waarvoor borg betaald moet worden. De receptie was beperkt bemand in \"onze\" periode en was nog onbemand op de door ons gewenste vertrektijd rond 8.30u. We hebben een afspraak gemaakt over het inleveren van de slagboomkaart en deze afspraak zijn wij nagekomen. Maar het terugbetalen van de borg is vervolgens niet
gebeurd, ondanks herhaalde verzoeken en een telefonische toezegging hiertoe.
Onze ACSI-korting is hiermee voor het grootste gedeelte verdampt.
Niet nakomen van afspraken is voor ons een reden om niet terug te komen, ondanks een prettig verblijf.

De ardennen is voor mij altijd wel een geslaagde tussendoor vakantie maar bohan is een van mijn favorieten de locatie in een vallei dus geen klimwerk tal van winkels retourants,grote plaatsen vlak naast de rivier Semois,zeker een aanrader.
