On the Danish west coast lies Tipperne Camping, a quiet campsite in a wooded area. This campsite is a perfect starting point for cycling and hiking. For example, you can bike to the beach. A short fifteen minutes and you are already on the North Sea. Or visit the Viking village of Bork Vikingehavn. Here you can see how things used to look a thousand years ago. At the campsite, you will enjoy the peace and quiet. The small-scale, cosy campsite offers spacious pitches and comfortable glamping tents.

Enjoying the cosy atmosphere
What strikes you most when you drive up to the campsite is the sense of space. The large grassy fields can accommodate some seventy large camping pitches. On the open grassy fields, the pitches are bordered by high hedges. So you will have more than enough privacy while enjoying your breakfast. This will give you a cosy feeling. The tall trees provide shelter from the wind and sun.
Sleeping under the stars
Do you want to enjoy nature, but also all the comforts of modern life? Then camp in one of the glamping tents. The translucent roof allows you to truly sleep under the stars here, without getting cold. Or stay in a cosy cabin in the same Danish style as the reception building. For a hot shower, you can head over to the modern sanitary building.
By the North Sea
At Tipperne Camping, you will be camping just four kilometres from the North Sea. The beaches in Denmark are not very different from those in the Netherlands: wide and often spotlessly clean. In the high season, at least, the sea water is warm enough for a swim. And all year round, you can take endless walks through the dunes.
