If you like to spend your holidays in quiet, wooded surroundings, this campsite on the island of Zealand (Denmark) might be your ideal holiday destination. This is an excellent starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips. Kalundborg Camping is also less than two kilometres from the long beaches of Saltbæk. An added bonus is that this part of Zealand is one of the sunniest areas in Denmark. All in all, this is an excellent campsite for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers who do not necessarily need a lot of luxury.

Large pitches in a green ambience

The campsite owner welcomes new campers in the wooden reception building,. On the spacious campsite grounds, you will then find neatly kept lawns surrounded by many trees and bushes. The pitches are generous in size and partly delimited by bushes and hedges. There are also five attractive hiker's huts and four modern mobile homes for rent.

Entertainment in the playground and on the mini-golf course

At the front of the campsite you will find a fun playground, consisting of a large sandpit with various original play equipment. These play facilities are suitable for children up to about ten years old. The campsite also offers a table tennis table, a nice mini-golf course and two large bouncy castles.

Visit Copenhagen

Nice sights nearby are the Røsnæs Fyr lighthouse (20 km), the castle-like church Vor Frue Kirke in Kalundborg and of course the Danish capital Copenhagen, which can be reached in just over an hour by car.

Travelling party: Seniors

Eenvoudige camping met hele grote plaatsen. Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar. Sanitair wordt verbouwd, maar er zijn inmiddels drie prive-badkamers gerealiseerd. Elektra via de meter op de plaats. De omgeving is mooi en een bezoek aan een van de wijngaarden is zeker de moeite waard. Vlakbij de camping kan je heerlijk in zee zwemmen. Kwartiertje lopen of gewoon met de fiets of auto.
