Slightly south-west of Bourbon-Lancy, a medieval village known for its thermal baths, lies Camping de Bourbon-Lancy. This green campsite forms part of Aquadis Loisirs, a chain of campsites with nineteen small-scale natural campsites all across France. Camping de Bourbon-Lancy is located on a large lake, suitable for fishing and boating. You can swim in the swimming pool on the campsite. In the camping shop you can also buy fresh bread.

Camping in the greenery

Camping de Bourbon-Lancy is narrow and has pitches on both sides of the paved road. You camp here on spacious pitches between the trees which provide a lovely shade. The pitches are separated by hedges which almost always offer you privacy.

In addition to 40 touring pitches, you also have a choice of rental accommodation, including 8 mobile homes and 22 bungalows. These bungalows are well maintained and stand out because of their cheerful colours. There are special paved pitches of some 15 m2 for motorhomes.

Swimming, fishing and boating

At the centre of the campsite is a small swimming pool (60 m2), directly adjacent to a few camping pitches. The youngest campers can enjoy themselves in the adjoining toddler pool. Situated adjacent to the campsite is a large recreational lake. This can be reached by exiting the campsite via the entrance and exit. The lake is widely used for fishing and is also suitable for boating. You can relax and sunbathe on the small beach.

Other entertainment is offered in the form of a pétanque pitch and a table tennis table. You can also hit a ball on the beach volley ball field. During the summer months there is a Kids Club which organises great activities for children.

Liked - My husband and I stayed a couple of nights in an Ecopod, a small cabin type of stru
structure.
Disliked - The air flow in the Ecopod could be better.

Really nice site just outside town; enjoyed exploring the medieval part of town. Good size pitch staff, helpful and friendly.
