Campsite Risle Seine is situated near Toutainville, a village close to the town of Pont-Audemer and directly along a large lake with plentiful water sports opportunities. The region forms part of the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande, an enormous, vast natural area with numerous forests, villages, towns and especially the famous bends in the Seine. This makes the campsite an ideal base for excursions in the area.

Friendly reception
The reception stands out for its explosion of flowers. The entire campsite makes a neat and well maintained impression. The pitches measure some 80-100 m2, slightly deeper than wide, but still sufficiently spacious. They are separated by tall hedges, offering ample privacy. Near the reception is a small campsite shop with a limited range. Additional shopping and restaurants are available in Pont-Audemer.
On stilts
The rental accommodation is exceptional. There are ten bungalows on stilts near the lake, creating an impression of floating above the water. You can swim in the lake, but there is also a small swimming pool on the campsite. The lakes around the campsite are eminently suitable for fishing, although it will be a challenge to catch a fish which is large enough for a complete meal.
Coast and art
Pont-Audemer is not far from the coast. This coast is unique because it takes less than half an hour to drive to Honfleur. This town is illustrious because the picturesque harbour has been immortalised many times by artists such as Gustave Courbet and Claude Monet.
