The simple but friendly campsite Porticciolo is situated near the village of Bracciano in the Lazio region. Here, you will find enough shade during the warm Italian summers; the campsite is covered with trees. The leaf canopy not only protects you from the sun, it also adds to the atmosphere.

Do you enjoy swimming, canoeing and surfing? Then you have come to the right place because the campsite is situated on the crystal-clear waters of Lago di Bracciano. And the children can paddle safely at the water's edge on the beach (sand/pebble). Rome is an hour away by train. The campsite bus will bring you to the station for free.
Your pitch
Porticciolo has marked and unmarked pitches, depending on the season. The pitches are spacious, well-maintained and generally well-shaded. There is also an entrance suitable for large camper vans. There are a limited number of pitches directly on the lake. Mobile homes and (large) caravans are available for rent. Your fellow campers will mostly be Europeans looking for water, sunshine and culture.
Beside and on the water
You will not miss a swimming pool or entertainment team while you're spending your days relaxing in the water or at the beach. The Lago has plenty of water fun opportunities. Motor yachts are not allowed here, making this a quiet area.
Pico bello restaurant
The campsite shop is small and basic, but there is fresh bread available daily. The restaurant (with a patio), on the other hand, deserves praise. Here, you will discover what makes the Italian cuisine famous: simple and fresh food with plenty of flavour. Nobody will be surprised to hear that grandma is standing in the kitchen, baking fresh pizzas in the wood-fired oven.
