Europa Camping is a very large campsite close to Venice, located on the Cavallino peninsula. An additional advantage is the possibility to visit Venice by boat from here. The focus of Europa Camping Village is clearly on families with children.

A comprehensive campsite

The Cavallino peninsula is in fact an elongated promontory which separates the Venetian lagoon from the Adriatic Sea. On the seaward side are mile-long sandy beaches. And this is what attracts tourists: everything revolves around mass tourism and beach holidays. You can, in fact, spend a splendid holiday at Europa Camping Village without even leaving the grounds.

Water fun park and wellness & beauty

The pitches on the campsite are not very spacious, but they are well-demarcated. Despite the crowdedness, the atmosphere is convivial and staff members are friendly. As the name ‘Camping Village’ suggests, rental accommodation is also available (bungalows and mobile homes). You can walk directly onto the beach from the campsite, but there is also a veritable water fun park on the grounds.

In addition, Europa Camping has a wellness centre. Classic entertainment (music, sports and games) for young and old is of course offered in high season with enough entertainers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Good meals

The restaurant in contemporary design is highly recommended. They serve mostly classic dishes (pizzas, hamburgers, pasta, meat and fish). In addition, there is also a cafe for breakfast, coffee or an aperitif.

Wir waren mit 2 Hunden am Campingplatz, alles sehr gut. Mit den Hunden kann man auf den freien Strand, echt super. Die Sanitäter Anlagen sind top und immer sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich.

Bewertung Camping Europa

Wir waren Ende September in den Lodges \'Europa Roy\' , diese waren sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt, es war fast alles vorhanden was man benötigt, allerdings sehr eng bemessen. Leider gab es hier nur kleine Gläser, keine Weingläser bzw Gläser aus denen man Limoncello oder Ramazzotti trinken kann und auch keine kleinen Salatschüsseln oä. wäre schön wenn hier noch mal nachgelegt würde. Diese Lodges sind für 5 bis 6 Personen ausgelegt und haben aber auch devenitiv nicht mehr Geschirr mit an Bord, im Gegenteil, zb. nur 4 große Tassen.
Ansonsten kann ich hier nichts negatives zu den Lodges sagen.
Der Campingplatz selbst ist ebenfalls sehr sauber genauso wie die sanitären Anlagen. Das Angebot im Supermarkt war ausreichend, wie gesagt wir waren Ende September und Anfang Oktober macht der Campingplatz zu. Ich gehe davon aus dass auch in der Hauptsaison das Angebot ausreichend ist, die Preise sind ein bisschen höher wie im Supermarkt außerhalb des Platzes, was aber durchaus vertretbar ist. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr höflich, selbst am Ende der Saison. Der Strand ist sauber und groß genug, das gilt für den Hundebereich so wie für den ohne Hund. Kurzum es ist in meine Augen ein fast perfekt geführter Campingplatz, klein aber fein, wir werden nächstes Jahr mit Sicherheit wieder hier sein.

Schöner Platz mit vielen Bäumen und getrenntem Bereich für Hundebesitzer (auch am Strand). Die Sanitäranlagen sind neu und sehr sauber. In der Coronazeit wurde ein hervorragendes Konzept entwickelt, das es erlaubte stets genügend Abstand einzuhalten. Leider hielten sich nicht alle Camper daran! Der zum Platz gehörende Strand wurde noch eine Woche vor Saisonende täglich gereinigt. Überhaupt ein sehr schöner, feinsandiger Strand. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auf dem Platz. Einkaufmöglichkeiten, teils zu Fuss erreichbar, gibt es auch ausserhalb sowie mehrere gute Restaurants.
