Camping Paxariña is situated in the extreme west of Spain, at an extraordinary location: on a rock. It is close to the fishing village of Portonovo and a stone's throw away from a beautiful, secluded bay, great for a refreshing dive. A bit further on lies the large sandy beach Praia de Montalvo, also a popular weekend destination for the local population.

The entrance of the campsite is adjacent to a hotel in a curve of the cul-de-sac. On the gently sloping grounds there are several pitches on small, modest fields, surrounded by paved pathways that run across the campsite. Some pitches are partly shaded, but most of them are open and all have a hardened surface. At the edge of the campsite you have a spectacular view of the water. The panoramic pitches on this location are most in demand. At the entrance of the campsite are wooden bungalows.
