INTERNAL RULES CAMPING LES CASCADES *** I - GENERAL CONDITONS 1 - CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION: To be allowed to enter, to settle, and to stay on the ground, it must be authorized by the owner or his representative (the head of the reception office). The owner or his representative have the obligation to ensure the proper keeping and order of the campsite and compliance with these rules. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and the commitment to comply with them. THE BRACELET'S PORT IS MANDATORY. ANY PERSON CIRCULATING ON THE CAMPING WITHOUT THE BRACELET CAN BE THE SUBJECT OF AN EXPULSION. IN CASE OF LOSS OR DEGRADATION, A NEW BRACELET WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AT THE RATE OF 2 € 2 - POLICE FORMALITY: Anyone who has to stay at least one night in the camp must first present their identity documents and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written authorization from them. 3 - INSTALLATION: The tent, caravan or motorhome and any related equipment must be installed in accordance with the instructions given 4- HOSPITALITY OFFICE: It is open from 08h to 18h except changes posted at the counter. At the reception desk you will find all the information on the services of the campsite, information on the possibilities of refueling, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the area and various addresses that may be useful. A complaints book will be available to users. Claims will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as accurate as possible and relate to relatively recent events. 5- ROYALTIES: Royalties are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance of the land and at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the ground. The pitch will be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Bookings will be valid until 19:00 on the day of arrival unless otherwise late. Camp users are invited to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Campers intending to leave before the office opening hours must pay the day before the payment of their fees. 6 - NOISE AND SILENCE: Camp users are urged to avoid any noises and discussions that may be disturbing their neighbors. The sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Closures of doors and chests should be as discreet as possible. Dogs and other animals should never be left free. They must not be left on the campsite, even locked up in the absence of their masters who are civilly officials. The silence must be total from 22 hours to 7 hours. 7 - VISITORS: After having been authorized by the owner or his representative, the visitors can be admitted with their vehicle in the camp under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campground, the camper who receives them is required to pay a fee, to the extent that the visitor has access to benefits and / or facilities of the campground. This fee is posted at the entrance of the campground and at the reception desk. 8 - CIRCULATION AND PARKING OF VEHICLES: Inside the camp, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km / h. Traffic is prohibited between 11 pm and 8 am Only vehicles belonging to campers staying in the camp may be driven in the camp. Parking, which is strictly forbidden on sites usually occupied by camping shelters, must not, in addition, impede the circulation or prevent the installation of new arrivals. 9 - KEEPING AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES: Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is forbidden to throw polluted water on the ground or in the gutters. The "caravaneers" must empty their wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Garbage, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in trash bins. The washing of vehicles is forbidden in the field. Laundry is forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Linen drying will be tolerated up to 10 hours near shelters (tents, caravans, ...), provided that it is very discreet and does not bother the neighbors. It should never be done from trees. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from planting nails in trees, cutting branches, planting. It is also not allowed to delimit the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any degradation to the vegetation, fences, ground or facilities of the camp will be the responsibility of its author. The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when it entered the premises. 10 - SECURITY: a) Fire Open fires (wood, coal, etc ...) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in hazardous conditions. In case of fire, notify the receptionist immediately. Fire extinguishers are used when necessary. A first aid kit is at the reception desk. b) Flight Management is responsible for objects deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspect person. Although guarding is ensured, users of the campground are advised to take the usual precautions for safeguarding their equipment. 11- GAMES: No violent or awkward play can be organized near the facilities. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. 12 - GARAGE DEATH: It can not be left unoccupied equipment on the ground until after the agreement of the owner and only in the indicated location. In the event of a criminal offense, the owner may appeal to the police. II - SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1- Swimming and activities on La Cèze: It is not advisable to swim in the "Cèze" crossing the campsite, We fully release our responsibility on the activities practiced on Le Rance. 2- Payment of royalties: For stays longer than three weeks the payment of royalties may be required for eight weeks. LEGAL NOTICES ATTACHED TO THE RENTAL CONTRACT BOOKING CONDITIONS • The reservation becomes effective solely with the agreement of the campsite, upon receipt of the deposit (30% of total stay amount), 10 days maximum after having made the reservation, and either upon receipt of the booking contract thoroughly completed and signed, or upon your agreeing to the general conditions of sale when booking online. • In July and August, minimum rental period of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. In low season, the minimum rental period is two nights minimum (except from 07/06/2019 to 10/06/2019, minimum duration of 3 nights). • Les Cascades campsite is not bound to bookings unless Les Cascades campsite has accepted them. Les Cascades campsite reserves the right to accept or refuse bookings, depending on availability and, in general, depending on any circumstances that are likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Les Cascades campsite offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation has been specially designed for this purpose. • Booking of rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite. Places are allocated in the order of registration of the rentals. The reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred or leased. • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. • Booking fees: Les Cascades campsite does not charge a booking fee, except from 06/07/2019 to 25/08/2019. • The cleaning fee (80 €) is mandatory if you rent an accommodation with an animal. • Renting : the rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package ranges from 4 to 8 places, depending on the type of accommodation. Camping pitches: the basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for one or two people, access to the toilet blocks and to the residential facilities. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT • The balance of the stay, including the tourist tax must be paid: 30 days before the arrival date for rentals. The day of your arrival for the locations. • For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment must be during the reservation. CANCELLATION • For all cancelations: there will be no refund if the cancelation insurance has not been taken during the reservation (2,2€/day for rentals and 25€/stay for campsite pitch). YOUR STAY 1- Arrival: • For accommodation rentals: the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 3:00pm. The handout of the key requires a guarantee of 300 € in cash or by credit card. • Campsite pitch: the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 2:00pm. A deposit of 50 € will be required upon arrival for any fridge rental. This deposit must be given by credit card. • All rentals must be occupied before 8:00pm. Campsite site closing time: 11:00pm. In the absence of a message from the client that he has had to postpone his arrival date, the rental will become available the following day at midday and the advance is acquired by camping site management. Les Cascades campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the village to groups or families whose number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented. 2- During your stay: • It is up to campers to ensure they have insurance cover: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles etc.). The village shall in no event be held liable in case of an incident involving campers’ civil liability. All visitors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them. • The stay is calculated in nights from 15 pm to 10 am. Any 24 hour period started is due in full. • For a stay being the object of a booking form, no reduction will be granted for a late arrival or an early departure, except with the agreement of the direction (the stay such as it was decided contractually if completely due). • Fires are strictly prohibited in the campsite and on the banks of the river ((art. 322-5, 750€ penalty). • Only bathing costumes that stick to the skin are authorized in the swimming pool. Floating shorts of whatever kind are forbidden (national regulations). • No noise after 11 pm will be accepted in the camping site. Every people making noise after this time will be subject to expulsion. • The animals must be on a leash, vaccinated, and taken out of the campsite (1 reminder and exclusion). • The visitors have to distinguish themselves in the reception and park in the parking (immediate application of additional cost). • Wearing the wristband is compulsory. Any person seen in the camping without the wristband will be expelled. 3- Departure: • Rentals or campsite pitches and its surround must be left clean. • Rental accommodation: the client has to make an appointment for the check out, as soon as possible (check-out time is between 8 am and 10 am). Accommodation must be clean and in good condition. The refund of the integral deposit is subject to these conditions. Otherwise, management reserves the right to retain the cleaning fees (80 €) or the estimated value of any depredation on the deposit. Campsite pitch: departure until 11:00am. The management reserves the right to retain the amount of the deposit (50 € for the fridge rental) if the fridge is not cleaned or the assessed value of any degradation on the deposit. IMAGE REPRODUCTION RIGHTS You give permission to Les Cascades campsite, as well as to any person chosen by Les Cascades campsite, to take photographs of you, to record you or to film you during your stay with Les Cascades campsite and to use the resulting images, sounds, videos and recordings using any media (especially on Les Cascades campsite websites and web pages, including Facebook, on Les Cascades campsite information and promotion media and on travel and tourism guides). This permission applies for you as well as for people staying with you. The sole purpose of this is to promote and to provide information about Les Cascades campsite and Les Cascades campsite network, and may in no event damage your reputation. This permission is provided free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years. DISPUTES Complaints regarding non-compliance of services with regard to contractual commitments may be sent to the manager of the Les Cascades campsite by post or email. Mediation of consumer disputes: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the process of mediation of consumer disputes", the customer has the right to make free use of the mediation service offered by Camping Les Cascades. The mediator "consumer law" thus proposed is MEDICYS. The Nîmes courts have sole jurisdiction in case of lawsuit. DATA-PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES The information you provide us with at the time of your booking will not be transmitted to any third party. Les Cascades campsite shall treat this information as confidential. It shall be used solely by Les Cascades campsite internal services for processing your booking and to reinforce and personalize communication and the services offered to Les Cascades campsite clients concerning your centers of interest. In accordance with the data-processing and liberties law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, amend and change personal data relating to you.
