Visited campsite in June 2011, quite easy to find. Toilets and showers excellent, nice clean and tidy pitches. River at bottom of site which was quite shallow, with children playing in it. Friendly helpful owners. Several lovely well marked walks and cycle walks near to site (Obtain map 8 euros available in T Info @St Hubert). Small shop on site with basics if required, if not plenty of places where you can go shopping, Lux only 20 k away down the N4, brand new complex with lots of shops etc. Fuel is cheaper in Luxemburg, so worth filling up before coming home. Would consider coming again as we felt good value for money.
A lovely site in a nice area. It was like being in a garden - well planted and split into small sections. It is near a river and has a sizeable sports field. A site to sit back and relax with a cool drink.
A lovely quiet campsite next to the river. Plenty of opportunities for walking in the hills next to the site. A good base to explore the area. Would definitely go back again.
The facilities on this site were good, except for the lack of soap and toilet tissue. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and the shop well stocked. We did not use the bar/restaurant. The holiday cottages looked in good repair and the playground seemed adequate, although there weren't many children on the site at the time. However, there had been wet weather before we arrived (4, 5, 6, June), obviously not the problem of the site owners, but the site was not very well drained so pools of water formed and the grass not kept short - we were walking in mud all the time outside the caravan. We were also dismayed to see all the static caravans on the site which were in a very poor state, torn awnings, vans covered in algae etc, which did not give the site a very good image. Most of them were chocked up off the ground, so obviously there is a problem there with the river overflowing in wet weather.
We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday at this camp site. The site was well kept and quiet. The owners spoke English and were very accommodating. The toilet and shower facilities were very good but the only gripe I have is that soap and toilet rolls were not provided which was a bit frustrating at times when you forgot to take your own supplies in with you! The site does not have a swimming pool but the stream/river which we were camped next to was an excellent substitute, with the children playing in it every day. The surrounding woodland was also great to explore. The site had a small playground (which could have been a little tidier), boules pitch, table tennis table and a large playing field with a volleyball net. There were very good washing up and washing/drying facilities. The small shop was also useful with fresh bread/rolls/croissants available to order. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone wishing to explore the Ardennes region of Belgium.
