1 km from the historic town of Nin, the oldest town in Croatia, you'll find the four star camping site Zaton Holiday Resort. This super luxury camping site is located on a flat 6 ha property full of pine trees. Also nice: the location in a lovely bay of the Adriatic See with slowly sloping sea floor.

First impression

This large camping site (50 ha) has about 1200 touring pitches, 100 camping spaces and the same in rental accommodation (caravans, mobile homes and luxury bungalows with spacious veranda and sun porch). The prices vary by zone. Despite the fact that the property is very spread out, there is a very quiet atmosphere on the camping site. Beforehand take into consideration that all of the pitches come with advantages and disadvantages regarding walking distances to the camping site facilities.

Lovely pitches

Spacious campsites (80 - 120 m2) for tents and caravans are under (pine) trees and another area for the larger caravans is marked by young trees. The pitches have sandy ground, sometimes with grass.

To the swimming paradise or to the paradise-like beach?

Without exaggeration, you can call the swimming paradise exceptional. There is a large central swimming pool (with deeper water) with six smaller pools around it, all varying in size and depth. There are terraces with loungers and parasols everywhere. Children will have endless fun with the creative play equipment and slides. Or go to the lovely wide beach and swim in the clear and calm sea.

Activities and fun

There are numerous activities organized for all ages (aerobics, surfing lessons, etc.) There are also evening performances with song and dance. The disco outside of the camping site has good sound insulation. Great for parents.

Zeer mooie en toch vrij rustige camping. Een volledig nieuw zwembad en genoeg/verschillende eetgelegenheden op de camping die qua prijs goed meevallen.
Prijs van de camping is wel niet van de goedkoopste.
Het sanitair wordt zeer goed onderhouden en bijna continu gepoetst.

Santair erg netjes. Vrij grote camping. Strand met rolstoel goed toegankelijk. Staat ook goed aangegeven.

Alles is goed geregeld en ziet er super uit, maar het is heel massaal dus daar moet je je bewust van zijn wanneer je hier gaat kamperen. Onze kinderen (1 en 3 jaar) zijn te jong voor deze camping, omdat het zo groot en hiermee ook wat onoverzichtelijk is.

Het is wel een prachtig resort. Leuk om naar het nabij gelegen plaatsje Nin te gaan en een bezoek aan Zadar te brengen.

Een prachtige prachtige camping, vooral als je er niet tegenop ziet dat het erg groot is, maar een perfect zwembad.

Grote maar prettige camping, met vooral het nieuwe sanitair als uitstekkend en mooi. Veel te zien en te doen op de camping als entertainment, sport en spel, zwemmen in zwembad en zee. Zwembad is mooi, maar door de regeltjes mag er niets (geen poolfloaties, ballen en andere items mee in het water of duiken en springen) en is er voor oudere kinderen of volwassenen weinig spektakel in het bad. Daarintegen is het op strand en zee meer te doen. Veel restaurants voor ieder wat wils en naar waarde geprijsd. De camping is wel aan de prijs in vergelijk met andere campings en andere items moeten afgerekend worden (ligbedden, events, etc) moet ook wel anders houd je al die vakantiegangers niet meer in het gereel.
Dus op de prijs/kwaliteit na uitstekkende camping

Vriendelijkheid kan beter, was dit jaar nog heel druk in september, werd niet echt naar de klant geluisterd, dit is ons 5de jaar hier en het xas het slechtste qua mentaliteit
