In the French Alsace, on the banks of the Doller River, lies the peaceful family campsite de Masevaux. This well maintained campsite has spacious pitches and a few comfortable rental accommodation units. The campsite offers all basic amenities. Adjacent to the campsite are communal sports fields and a municipal indoor swimming pool.

Flowery reception

You will be given a warm and floral welcome at the reception of the campsite. This is because the reception is nestled among flowers and a green hedge. Once on the campsite you will see at a glance that it is well maintained. The grounds are level and cared for and also the large camping pitches look well maintained. Not all camping pitches are clearly demarcated. If you are looking for a bit more privacy, you would be better off with a pitch near the hedge.

Indoor swimming pool adjacent to the campsite

The campsite forms a good base to explore the natural area, but the range of activities is not very comprehensive. There is some basic play equipment for children and every now and then camping guests are treated to a performance by a local music group. Directly next to the campsite, guests can make use of the communal sports fields and the municipal swimming pool is also located just outside the camping grounds.

Basic supplies

The facilities on the campsite have recently been updated and offer basic services. There is one large ablution block for the entire campsite, which is adequate for the number of guests. The campsite shop, located in the reception building, offers a limited assortment of regional products, but you can go to the village of Masevaux for all other shopping.

Travelling party: Seniors

Mooie groene camping met ruime plaatsen. Er staan wat bomen die schaduw kunnen geven. We mochten zelf een plek kiezen. Het was nog augustus maar het restaurant bleef dicht. Sanitair ruim en schoon. Mooi stadje en mooie omgeving/natuur.

Travelling party: Family with children, various ages

Rustige en aangename camping met vriendelijke eigenaren. Grote plaatsen met gras en enkele grote bomen en dus lekkere schaduw. Sanitair in orde, jammer dat er geen zeep aanwezig is, lijkt mij in deze tijden toch een must. Ideale ligging voor beklimming met de fiets van de Ballon D’Alsace.

nette camping, als je van bergetappes fietsen houd de juiste locatie. sanitair wel iets verouderd, maar schoon en goed. plekje zelf uitzoeken. watertje was via hekje te bereiken, grappig maar geen uitzicht op door de struiken. leuk dorpje winkel dichtbij maar op zondag dicht.

Prima camping. Ruime plekken. Gastvrije eigenaren en overdekt dorpszwembad naast de camping.
Wel minpuntje is dat de camping tussen 12:00 -15:00 uur gesloten is om je caravan/tent op te zetten.

Hartelijk ontvangst door enthousiast beheerdersechtpaar. Zeer mooie parkachtige camping. Goede brood voorziening en leuk barretje voor hapje/drankje/ijsjes. Goede schone sanitaire voorziening, wc met brillen en toiletpapier. Fijne hete douches met krachtige straal. Voor de kampeerder zonder stroom een gratis diepvriezer voor koelelementen etc. Gratis overdekt zwembad naast de camping Uitstekende wifi voor 1 euro per dag of 1week voor 5 euro, ook om te streamen perfect. Absoluut de 3 sterren waard !!AANRADER!!

Prachtige camping als je van rust en natuur houdt, voor kinderen ongeschikt. Bij het kleine plaatsje Masevaux, een beetje een uitgestorven plek. Wel met meerdere supermarkten waarvan een vrijwel naast de camping. Enkel restaurants in de buurt. Rivier de Doller loopt naast de camping, diverse plekken staan langs de rivier. Prachtige natuur rondom, de ooievaars komen af en toe langs. Genieten.

1 week gestaan met uitzicht op de ballon d\'Alsace. Heel goed sanitair, zeer behulpzame eigenaar.
Op loopafstand van Masevaux, met regionale markt, bakker etc en een leuk stadje..
