The charming Dutch run campground of Le Clou is in a lovely location on rolling land of 4 hectares. From the spacious campsites, separated by paths, you have a panoramic view. Camping Le Clou is located on a sunny south slope 3 km from the village of Coux-et-Bigaroque in a lovely region with many historic villages and towns.
The campsites with plenty of shade are very spacious. The location on the hilly site ensures plenty of variety. The modern sanitary facilities are well maintained. The accommodations for hire are spread out over the campground. You have the choice of a sturdy safari tent with private bathroom and modern mobile homes and a charmingly furnished apartment.
The sunny swimming pool complex with a low slide has three pools separated by a waterfall. The heated kiddie pool is 50m2. You have a beautiful view of the valley from the swimming pool with parasols and the sunbathing lawn.
Plenty of fun
There is an activity programme at least twice a week for the children in the high season. How about crafts or sporty games? In the evening hours the young guests can go on a treasure hunt, look for foxes, have a kid's disco or a hike with lanterns.
Sporty on holiday
You can also play beach volleyball and table tennis and use the multi-sports field and the jeu-de-boules pitch at the campground.
What's for dinner?
Each day, the baker delivers fresh bread. There is a limited selection of groceries in the campground shop, but there is a restaurant for snacks, take-away meals and pizzas. If you choose the Table d'hôte, you'll have a culinary three course menu with dishes from the Périgord.
