Spent two nights here - lovely site for tents. The lake is a walk away, and was busy enough over the weekend we were there. Roads are a bit twisty and narrow, but not a problem. Quiet so we got a pitch with room to spare. Wifi stubborn but eventually go it working up at the office. Would return if passing through this area again. Toilet block maybe a good walk from furthest away pitches.
Motorhome tour France, searching net as we drove, I seen this site.looking like it was actually at the lakeside but infact it\'s 300mtr through a rough field to get to the lake. The site itself is nice, large spaces with water and electricity available to most pitches. on different levels,so you don\'t feel packed in. All amenities are up at reception block, clean toilets and showers all in New condition. a games room with a pool table, tennis table, bar football.open all night.right now only a few vans onsite, we have whole corner to ourselves, very nice. warning tho,we arrived around 8pm and the cleggs (horseflies) were out in force. We took a walk down to the lake and to find all tennis pitches restaurants, ice cream bars all closed..maybe it all bursts into life in August but now it\'s a ghost holiday park..Very weird. but the site is well placed for a few days stop. We only here a night.
Some way from the motorway along twisting roads but the site itself was OK with friendly staff. The pitches are tiered down the side of a hill so it can be a bit of a trek to the toilet facilities which are situated at reception. There is access to a park and lake area which, when we were there, was hosting a motor rally. Unfortunately, new arrivals have to park their outfits on the road outside the site to book in at reception before the barrier is raised. Not the easiest of entries I\'ve experienced as it involved a 180 degree turn. Fortunately, a nearby field was available...
