Camping-Ferme de Prunay is a quiet, child-friendly campsite in the Loire Valley, amidst agricultural fields. You camp on very spacious touring pitches in an orchard or on open lawns, with a view of the vast surroundings. The campsite is very child friendly. With educational activities in the summer - a visit to the petting zoo and donkey rides - the youngest camping guests will have the holiday of a lifetime. If you love splendour, visit one of the many castles on the Loire.

View of endless fields

On Camping Ferme de Prunay you'll camp on a wooded campsite. Especially the middle area is shady; here you camp in an orchard. The touring pitches on the outside are very open and spacious, and offer a view of the endless fields. Besides about 70 touring pitches (which differ in size, but are all very spacious) you can camp in a gypsy caravan, a modern bungalow tent or one of the chalets.

Outdoor pool and Tiki Bar

An hour splashing in the water? The outdoor swimming pool at the campsite is ready for it. You'll find the swimming pool near the entrance, in a sunny spot. It's not too big, but the children don't care about that. Drying up in the sun can be done on a lounger at the edge of the pool.

Or take an ice cream or drink on the terrace of the Tiki Bar. This bar is located under the roof of one of the authentic buildings next to the pool. Weather permitting, the covered terrace is extended outside the canopy and you can sit nicely among the trees.

Liked - Tout était parfait encore une fois ! De la gentillesse de l'accueil au confort du logement (chalet prestige) sans oublier la qualité des animations. La soirée halloween restera gravée pendant longtemps dans les esprits de mes enfants.
Disliked - Les conditions météorologiques n'étaient pas bonnes et nous étions obligés de nous stationner sur le parking malgré la période où le camping est peu rempli. Notre logement était à plus de 500m du parking, et rentrer tremper n'est pas des plus agréables surtout quand il y a peu de patères dans le logement pour mettre à sécher les vêtements.

Liked - Nous étions en visite chez nos enfants à St Bohaire et ne voulions pas empiéter sur leurs vacances personnelles et leurs activités. L'idée d'installer notre caravane dans ce camping nous a semblé un excellent compromis pour profiter les uns des autres en toute sérénité. Et, le camping a été au delà de nos espérances.

Liked - Un camping propre et joliment végétalisé, des activités intéressantes, des animaux qu’on peut câliner, une roulotte propre et confortable, tout était parfait !
Disliked - Détail insignifiant : nous étions un peu loin du centre névralgique mais bon on a des jambes pour marcher hein ! La prochaine fois on prendra les vélos, c’est sympa aussi.
