The female receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly and probably one of the rudest people I've met. I could go into the whole story but there isn’t enough space. It’s a shame because the location was good, the rooms were good and the staff who didn’t speak English were nice. I wish they’d told us the restaurant was only open on Saturdays and Sundays too. Because of this woman I would strongly recommend not staying here. She didn’t ruin our holiday because we were going to Disneyland with my 4 year old and it was amazing but this is a person that should definitely not be customer facing.
We stayed here for one night. The pitches were very small and at the bottom of the campsite, the trees and bushes were very high which made you feel closed off. We did not feel safe, the staff were very to the point and not very friendly, the toilets were a good walk away.
Close to Disneyland but in a flight path, we heard planes every night!
Swimming pool looked good although we did not use it often and the on site take away did good chips.
Poor location difficult to find, Poor access which becomes jammed in the event of a new arrival. Pitches are unkept hedges which are tight and difficult to manouevre in. Toilet blocks are dirty and during our 9 day stay were never cleaned to our knowledge. Site purports to be associated with Disney however tickets are cheaper on the door of Disney rather than at the site. 30 minutes drive away from Disney. Site on flight path to Charles De Gaulle airport which makes it very noisy throughout the day and night. Pools extremely cold and enjoyed by more insects than humans.
Photos of the site are great, but there is poor toilet and washing facilities and most annoying of all was that it's on the flight path for both Paris airports C d G and Orly, great if you're a plane spotter! We never had any rest whilst at the park because of this.
