Looking for a camping holiday that allows you to combine the city and the beach? At Camping Le Parc you are a stone’s throw away from Montpellier. The tram will bring you to this busy student city in 20 minutes. Just half an hour of cycling will take you to the beautiful beaches of Palavas-les-Flots. Camping Le Parc has many trees, a beautiful swimming pool and is open all year round.

Spacious, shady pitches

Despite the campsite being so close to the city, the number of trees at Le Parc make it feel like an oasis of greenery. The 66 camping pitches are spacious and shaded. If you don't bring your own camping equipment, you can hire a mobile home or a fully furnished Coco tent. Your faithful four-footed friend is also welcome at the campsite.

Go for a refreshing swim

Camping Le Parc has a heated outdoor swimming pool, open from April to mid-October. There is a separate paddling pool for the youngest campsite visitors. Children can have the time of their lives in the playground with a trampoline. During the months of July and August, extra activities are organised, such as a workshop for painting, jeu-de-boules competitions and karaoke evenings.

Explore the charming city of Montpellier

The campsite is a perfect home base for exploring Montpellier. A tram stop close to the campsite allows you to travel directly to the city in about 20 minutes. Visit Place de la Comédie, viewed by some as the most beautiful square in France. See the Porte du Peyrou, Montpellier’s Arc de Triomphe, and visit Jardin des Plants, Europe’s oldest botanical garden.

Travelling party: Young couple

Liked - The road in was paved and we were able to get the Bolt ride share to go out into town to eat. There are lots of trees. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
Disliked - The garbage and recycle bins were a long way from the pitch. At the entrance. The washrooms were cold and poorly lit. And they were unisex. The pitches were quite close together.

Liked - Nice pitches, will be good in the summer as they have trees. Close to the facilities. Heated shower rooms a bonus, in the cold weather
Disliked - Toilets had very little space, did not feel private as the front door was meant to be open. They were very cold.

Liked - A nice friendly campsite, swimming pool was refreshing at end of day.
Disliked - Too many trees which meant majority of pitches were in the shade.

Liked - The showers were hot and super nice, pool was warm as well and had a great picnic area. The pitches were nice and secluded as well
Disliked - I wish they had given us power adapters since we booked a pitch with electricity and didn’t get to use it. Or at least warn us to bring one
