We had a shady pitch at the top with a lovely view over the campsite and near all facilities. Very busy as we expected and and mainly French and Belgian families. We stayed 3 nights in a 7m m-home. Cycled down to village, which is pretty in parts but v few shops and no bar we could find. Plenty going on for the kids but good pool was quiet at 1pm which was surprising. Would return out of holiday season.
We have been coming to this campsite for years. Excellent and helpful owners. Beautiful villages amongst the vineyards. Quiet in low season. good for walking and cycling. Very good wine cave nearby!!!
Excellent site. Very quiet during June, but not nisy once the July entertainments started.
Looking forward to next year.
Excellent site. Very friendly staff and the lady in reception speaks excellent English. Very quiet, even at the beginning of July when the entertainment starts to kick off. Some of the pitches are a bit lumpy, but nothing that can't be fixed with a levelling block or two.
We had what is probably the worst pitch on the site - because it's the only one we can get our twin axle van into - and had a wonderful holiday.
We have enjoyed this site so much we are buying a smaller caravan to leave here year round and come back for our future holidays. Now, that says it all.
The toilets and showers are immaculately clean and my wife, the swimmer in the family, says the pool is great.
There is excellent dog walking down beyond the bar area that scores an 8 from our spaniel.
Pitches were very uneven and the toilet and shower areas well overdue for a refurb! Paid for 2 nights, but stayed only 1 - says it all...
