Are you looking for simplicity, but the luxury of direct access to a beautiful and quiet sandy beach on the Mediterranean Sea? Then camping site Roucan West will fulfil your wishes. There is also a small swimming pool and a charming bar. The village of Vias-Plage is only 10 minutes away by bike and has a few shops, markets and restaurants. The camping site is primarily suited to families with children up to 12 years of age.
Camping with a sea view
The property has simple facilities with reasonable sites. A number of campsites are right on the sea behind a dike of cliff stones. Here you will enjoy a lovely sea view, but you have little shade. A bit further from the sea there are shady spots along small lanes. The rental accommodations are separate and are a bit old fashioned.
Fine sandy beach
There is a simple heated swimming pool with sunbathing area and some lounge chairs on a central spot across from the reception. There is also a separate paddling pool. There is a thatched canopy near the sunbathing area, so camping guests can lie in the shade. There is a hedge around the sunbathing area. Would you rather go to the sea? The beach is just next to the camping site. Via a well secured access (bracelet with chip), you'll enter the fine sandy beach full of shells.
Children's club and charming bar
There is a beach volleyball court, a playground, a table tennis table and jeu-de-boules pitch. There are activities organised for all age groups. Children can do crafts in the children's club, adults can learn archery. There is also evening entertainment for the whole family twice a week. The restaurant with its patio and bar looks convivial.
