We stayed here for 3 nights, we wanted to visit Oradour sur Glane and the campsite is perfect for this. The pitches are the biggest I have experianced and there will be a new toilet block for 2014 ( with toilet seats) the Dutch owners are very friendly and helpfull and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. The site is quite a distance from the nearest village about a 40 minuet walk at a guess. We will use this site again next year especially if want to play golf.

An extremely warm welcome from the owner when we arrived. He personally showed us the facilities and helped us pick a sunny site, then helped us set up. We had a problem with our water heater whilst on site and Antonie (the owner) spent many hours scrabbling round under our van trying to resolve it. He also phoned a supplier to try to get us the spare part we needed. The whole campsite was immaculately clean. Whilst I was using the free internet in the bar Antonie's wife put a large heater on behind me as I was cold. (Wifi was available for 1 euro). On our day of departure Antonie was ready and waiting to help us manually move our van, as it was a tight corner, then he hitched it up for us and he and his wife waved us on our way. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for this couple and we will definitely return and would definitely recommend the site.

Excellant campsite very friendly couple, will visit again. Made us feel very welcome. We had trouble with our camper and the garage in the village was helpful; repaired our camper for little money. The garage name is lyda. If anyone should need assistance he is the man to see. All in all a very nice stay. Excellant food and pool.

Extremely friendly staff and good prices. Large pitches but only a little shade. The toilet door latches are unique but interesting when you learn how to use them. The lake shown though is not on the campsite but 1 kilometre away.

Super site with very large pitches; also with water tap at each pitch. New swimming pool an added attraction just finished and opened in my visit in June. Very helpful owner. Would visit again in the future

Best welcome we have had on any site. Owners showed us everything and described all the nearby places to visit. Swimming pool was not used as it was a bit chilly. Pitches were good with water available. Toilets and showers were good and very clean. Food available on Mondays and Thursdays while roast chicken and chips (take away) was available on Wednesday. Small bar area with TV also available. Fishing permits available from reception (5 €). Bike trails nearby (slightly hilly). Good site for visiting Oradour sur Glane (French village still as was when all villagers massacred) and Limoges . Good value site.

The owners speak very good English, & are nice. We stayed 2 nights, 3 days in a static caravan, these were wonderful & clean, some lovely views in the area & ideal place to stay to visit Limoges area, & Oradour-sur-Glane. The swimming pool was not yet finished being built, the individual plots where quite large and well kept, they are slowly expanding to a next area but not yet, there little bar area was nice to sit & talk to other people at this small site, & play some table games or ping pong. Will reccomend to people if asked, if going or staying in area would stay again.
