Camping Les Genêts, located in the Midi-Pyrénées in the South of France, is a valhalla for swimmers. There's a water park on the campsite. The largest recreation lake in the South of France (Lac de Pareloup) is also right on the doorstep. A large playground, multi-sports field, recreation area, disco and entertainment team make this holiday paradise complete.
On the green property there are many tall trees and bushes that provide shade and privacy. The pitches are located on terraces or directly on the water and are demarcated with low bushes. The ground is grassy.
Want to hire something? You can also book a mobile home, tent or chalet. The rental accommodations seem to be very close together at first glance, but are looking good and have sufficient privacy.
Water park with a theme
The water park on the campsite has an Indian theme. The kids can play in a teepee by the swimming pool. There is also a swimming pool with a current and and a toddler pool with a slide. Around the pools there are several chairs and loungers.
Lake with plenty of opportunities
In the nearby lake, you can practice water sports: kayaking, surfing, sailing, waterskiing and fishing are just a few options. There is also a jetty and in the water there are a few inflatable toys. You can easily rent a kayak, surfboard and boat at the campsite. You can also take surfing and sailing lessons.
A snack al fresco
Considering that it is about 30 km driving to the nearest large supermarket, it's nice that you can get all of your groceries on the campsite. For a snack away from the camper or caravan, come to the camping restaurant.
