Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr aufmerksam und zugewandt. Gibt gute Empfehlungen. Es gibt einen halbstündlichen, kostenlosen Shuttlebus nach Cauterets Zentrum. In 300 m Entfernung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Wanderausrüster fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ins Val de Gaube, Pont de Espagne und Valle de Makadau.
